The mountain wood vine can grow up to 8 metres high. It has lush, green-coloured, lively leaves. The flowering season is between May and June. During this time, the Rubens mountain vine produces cup-shaped flowers that have an intense pink colour. This small-leaved, profusely flowering woodland vine produces an abundance of fragrant flowers that create an enchanting atmosphere.
