The star jasmine "Trachelospermum Jasminoides" is a strikingly pretty, flowering climbing plant. It can be seen to be related to the oleander. From June to October, its white, fleshy star-shaped flowers appear in umbel-shaped stems. The rotationally symmetrical flowers with a diameter of up to 2 centimetres are not only beautiful but also give off a pleasant vanilla scent.
