Bright lilacs for the spring
With its bright lilac colour, Syringa Michel Buchner is probably one of the most beautiful lilacs that bloom in spring. Of course, this is the noble lilac, which is also popularly known as the common lilac. With its enchanting flowers, the lilac tree radiates all its charm. Not to mention the intense and sweetly aromatic scent that comes from the small flowers. The scent of the lilac plant attracts bees and butterflies, which find food here. Visually, the lilac fits into any garden. Along the garden fence, near the patio or along garden paths - the simple tree blends harmoniously into the green ambience of the garden.
Syringa rosa - wue
Syringas are often found in the garden. And if you have not yet had the pleasure of having lilacs in your garden, then you have missed out on this enchanting sight. The lilac tree, which originates from Southern Europe, is an easy-to-care-for plant that grows to a height of between two and four metres over the years. Common lilac is known in the pink lilac colour and white, whereby the pink tone of the flowers is a wonderful play of colour. The beautiful flowers can be seen from afar and add a splash of colour to the natural surroundings. Lilacs are also very suitable in a vase. Depending on your preference, you can cut off a few stems and place them in the vase.
Why you should buy a lilac now
Lilacs are particularly popular for low-maintenance gardens. It basically needs no care at all and does not necessarily have to be pruned. The heart-shaped flowers are summery and provide a pretty ornament in the garden even after the flowering period between May and June. Common lilacs are undemanding when it comes to soil or location. A semi-shady to sunny position is ideal. Here in the sun it feels at home and develops well. It is a good idea to plant Syringa Michel Buchner in a corner of the garden where it can be easily seen from a distance. Alternatively, common lilac is also suitable as a hedge plant. In this case we recommend planting three young plants per metre. The hardy plant does not need winter protection, cold and frost do not affect the lilac tree during the winter months.
